Validity of Sequoia Analytical testing (26% THC claimed for 'Red Dragon')

Magnolia Wellness in Oakland is claiming that their 'Red Dragon' strain has a THC content of over 26%, which I find highly implausible, even more so now that they have recently switched from Steep Hill Halent to 'Sequoia Analytical'. SA's website has no reference to any such strain or dispensary. Could anyone here attest to the validity of SA's testing? Magnolia Wellness was reliable at one point, but now I fear the worst...
