Vanilla Kush starting to have trouble help

This is her 26th day from seed. 2 days ago I started noticing the color changing on the leaves. Don't know what it could be as this is my first grow. I am using a Mars hydro 144X 5 reflector and it is 20 inches away. Using a 5 gallon bucket for deep water culture with plenty of air reaching the roots. I am using techna flora nutes at 1/4 strength. The Ph has been between 5.8 and 6.3. Any help is appreciated. Thank you

Well I'm hydro. My guess is and I'm pretty damn sure is potassium or and phosphate. Your setup is clean. Roots look great. Your at a good strength for technaflora.

See how your new growth has tip burn. It could very well be the signs of potassium issues.

Usually this is rare unless your pH went out of wack. Like a lockout.

Or a change to a higher heat for a few days. Your leaves do definitely show stress signs of heat.

As theirs no real reason or solution if everything is in check. And your plant looks to be doing well now. But;

So as for phosphorus,

Sources of phosphorus:

  • Bat guano (phosphorus is readily available, especially if made into a teat)
  • Bone or blood meal (takes quite a bit of time to break down in soil unless made into a tea first)
  • Worm castings or worm tea
  • Soft Rock Phosphate
  • Fish meal
  • Crabshell
  • Most cannabis-friendly "bloom" or "flowering" nutrients contain high levels of phosphorus to aid in flower production, and phosphorus from a liquid nutrient is one of the most readily available forms of phosphorus you can provide to your cannabis plants

Calcium and or magnesium deficiency is what that looks like. If it was a soil grow however. Isn't a deficiency a deficiency regardless of your grow style though ?

Guys its not calcium. Calcium shows up like a skin virus. A rash. In specks to start.

that's gotta be a lock out due to pH, or just low in potassium and or phosphorus. But honestly these things are alive and every person has a good point. These plants are alive and do certain strange things at times. Have you tried singing to her?

This is a calcium deficiency from what i know. pce marijuana-calcium-deficiency.jpg

Hmm, I've gotten that same look with a cal mag issue. I've had phosphorus def and that's not what it looks like. Your leaves look fried not deficient. Purple stems are not indicative of anything other than being strain related, mostly anything crossed with blueberry no matter how far down the cross was. Of course, these are my opinions only. Lots of purple and red stems here. No deficiencies eitherIMG_20151030_170939463.jpg

I know what you mean. Super late stages though. Did you let this go on a lonnnnngg time or was it quite fast the onset?

Sorry everyone I've been busy. Will hopefully find the time to reply to all of your replies as soon as possible. But for right now. I just went to go check my PH and this wasn't like this on my roots a few hours ago. What the fuck could have happened?

Temps have been lowered to the 71° - 79° range image.jpeg
