Once the hot air gets past the herb in the bowl it turns into vapor. Vapor dosent know the difference whether the air it passes thru is hot or cold it only knows that when it passes thru ice it gets condensed. So adding ice to your bong doesnt get you less high it just condences the vapor allowing you to take in more of a hit with no extra or additional effort. Hope I make sense since I am totally baked on super silver haze

Yea its pretty similar, but for a $12 adapter its prob better to use your ssv, the v rip is so sick too.
