Vaporizer Question - Volcano

I know this isnt a "grow" question, but still was looking for an answer.
I am in the market for a vaporizer and was looking into the volcano. MY only question is, how much weed do you "put into" this type of vaporizer.. anyone who has a good experiance with another brand, Im open to all ideas. But was mainly looking to find out about how much would i have to put in to catch a nice buzz.. 1/2 8th? not even a nug? thanks all..

LOL dude maybe if you're using schwagg as your weed, but if you have some dankies and you attempted a 1/2 8th you'd be soaring past pluto with a lawn chair and visor, sipping on your favorite drink.

For real though, a .2 is enough to get 1 person pretty damn high if it's good weed. Vaporizing more than that is when you want to start getting fucked up.

But I suggest you make a water filtration device (or run it through your bong of choice) because vapor tends to be dry and can irritate your throat if you don't have a trusty glass of water / beer at hand.

Wow I would love to pack a 1/2 eighth into my vape, it would be nuts. I would never leave my chair. It would be lights out for me. I find that it easier on the throat then most smoking devices. Lil water and you'll be set. Enjoy them, it's sweet not having to worry about smoke or smell (at least to a lesser extent).

my buddy has a volc. grinds up about a nugg and its all good. easy to use. just waitin for it to warm up sucks. takes about 5-10mins

We have a digital vaporizor and it is sweet, but the warm up does kind of suck, but once it starts going, its real fun.

Volcanos ROCK!
had mine several months now and rarely smoke anymore. I use about 1/2 a teaspoon of finely ground, dry herb and set the temp at 6.5 on the non digital and get about three bags before it's kicked. Usually gets two of us blasted. When the friends stop by, I use 1 full teaspoon set between 6 and 6.5 then 7 on the third bag...slightly more dense vapor but very enjoyable.
Went for the best and am very pleased with the quality, ease of use and...best of all...the fact that I am using a helluva lot less grass than I did when I smoked.

Flowergurl - thats exactly what i was looking for.. so about a 1/2 teaspoon will get me and my sig other nice and toasty.. good to know.. and thanks for the instructions for using a volcano.. I think im gonna buy one in the next week or soo.. so good have this info on how to use it.. thanks again..

Ok.... Vaporizers are in my opinion the best way to smoke weed. Much better taste, better high, goes around longer, and the vap remains can be made into oil.

Normal smoking burns off a bunch of THC just from the lighter, something like 25%. The vaporizer doesn't waste anything. The whip also gathers up this very good Hash/Bubblehash type resin. Smoking that stuff is like smoking strait keef.

As for the individual Vaporizer.... Vapor Brothers(vaporman/vaporwarez same distro) is by far my favorite. The volcano is also good, but I don't think it compares. With the vapor bros you have full control over everything, and get a whip to scrape when you are ready.

You only need like a Half-Bowl of a normal pipe to get you ripped.

There has been nothing close to the pleasure/awe/painfully goodness of a good vaporizer hit.

so in essence, i highly reccommend the vapor brothers

does anyone use the digital voodoo vaporizer. i am wondering how they work and if it is worth it. or if i should just get the vapir one digital vaporizer.

i looked into the vapir ones, but seemed a little to plasticy for my taste.. I like the idea of a whip, but i could just get one for the volcano as well.. i dunno.. anyone else
