Variety for a beginner?

Hi, I'm going to order some seeds from Nirvana but I don't know which variety to choose. I'm looking for something that isn't so sensitive and can be raised successfully (= not getting the plants killed before harvest, heh) even in the hands of a newbie like myself. I'm going to grow indoors with the possibility of using natural light, although I'll have to purchase somekind of lighting since the winters are pretty dark where I live. Any ideas are appreciated. Thanking in advance.

I've grown a few nirvana strains, and I'll tell you SNOW WHITE is a very easy one to grow it has nice yields and great stinky potent nugs...once again it's an easy grow and great for a newb.....

I'd recommend snow white and white rhino because from what the site says, they are the best genetics on nirvana being the only ones that are f1 hybrids.

I wouldn't waste my time or money growing crap Nirvana 'knock off' genetics. They're cheap for a reason - they 'don't spend any time at all developing their strains - they simply copy other peoples and produce f2's.

Want original seed breeder developed genetics? Which are easy to grow, heat resistant, low odour and need only low light levels? Excellent breeder backup? And cost less than 30 bucks for 10 seeds? White Satin from Mandala -

Not really, you can get some great strains from seedsman, the guy who runs that place is a good guy.

The prices are pretty fair and his strains are mostly f1 hybrids, there are a few landrace strains available too.

Seedsman Gold - cannabis seeds
check out the other seedsman strains there too. i just used this link so you wouldnt get confused with lowriders.

So are Nirvana seeds ANY good?
if you really want good seeds, it's gonna cost you more than NIRVANA prices most likely.....Nirvanas genetics suck and you may have to grow out 100 seeds to find a keeper mother for a strain so in the long run it cost you just as much to get a descent plant for a mother from 100 seeds from nirvana as it does to cop up the money at the beginning and buy 10 seeds from a good breeder and get a good mother from the first 10 seeds because of good genetics and quality breeding.....some of my favorite breeders are Soma Seeds, DJ Short seeds and Chimera seeds, all of these breeders seeds are available at Dr. chronic, which is a reputable seed distributer.

Nirvanas genetics suck but I have gotten some of there seeds over the years and been able to find some keepers....:joint:

Soma seeds have a poor germination record, you only have to look on icmag to see that, I was told it was because the seeds cost so much that they are now old stock that are being sold, unless you get one of the more popular ones.

i believe that, you probably have to get them from Soma himself...for fresh ones..they are just so pricey.....i can see people having old stock on hand....
