Veg and bloom switches

I’ve been reading lots how should I use veg and bloom switches for autoflower!!! Lots of people says leave both switches on throughout the whole seed to harvest and do an 18-6 hour schedule!! Would like to just to know if it’s ok if I went that way

If it has switches leave them both on til your done.
 
The ones with the veg and bloom switches are generally the worst of leds so max out your plants and use them both. I don’t grow autos never have nor will I but it’s my understanding to get the best from them you want to run the lights 24/7.
