Veg + bloom dry nutrients

I've been using them for a while but think I'm moving on, as mentioned a little pricey and my last patch left white crystals at the bottom of my jugs that I just can't get to dissolve... good nutrient line though, easy to manage pH and simple to use... additional supplements can help but aren't necessary for most strains, and ya, your fine to start using in flower.

So this is my 4.th grow what line are you thinking about
Not even sure yet... maybe Jack's... maybe just walk into the hydro shop and try something new... Megacrops been my favorite dry nutrient line so far but I don't like having to order it online... that requires planning ahead which isn't my strong suit

What's your medium? The nice thing about Veg + Bloom is being able to pick the line that best matches your water source. I've never had to pH balance my tap water since starting to use it

Dude trust me save yourself the hell of cheap dry nutrients and just invest in some cannabis specific nutrients like Advanced Nutes Connoisseur base with their big bud green bottle or coco. That has been the most straight forward setup for me and you do not PH the formula since its "ph perfect". I also use Botanicare CNS17 line when I'm running my autopots which is basically an auto-feeding hydro setup. Don't want organics and crap clogging up the lines so I run pure CNS17 since it has no organics in it and also I'm assuming a longer shelf life. Again, assuming.

With a non-recirculating nutrient reservoir the Botanicare CNS17 Grow/Bloom/Ripe don't require any PH adjustment with my RO water. I end up around 5.8 PH without any adjustment after mixing. Solid.

I couldn't disagree with this more lol... just goes to show how much people's methods vary... I get just as good results with cheap dry nutes as I ever did with expensive name brand liquid ones, and had way more issues with salt builds ups and soil zone pH imbalances even with stuff like Botanicare. Plus with liquid nutes your paying for a lot of water which I'm completely over. Each to their own though.

That's what I meant by commercials because veg+bloom is taylored for cannabis and so is my coast of Maine platinum the difference is your buying 21 bottles instead of 2 or 3 and you can make it off just 1 go check out lex world

ive been running veg+b;;om for several years now. actually i use their v+b, stackswell and shine. the stacks is their cal/mag. i have kickass results. i add a little tap water to my ro to get my starting ppm at 100 then stacks first, stirr well then v+b, stirr well then shine if in flower. all i use besides that is one dose of bud blood in early flower.

I used a lot of V+B, but once I realized it has way too much N for flower, I looked for alternatives. I now use NPK RAW Bloom dry nutes. People complain that it is too expensive, but unless you're a commercial grower the cost is minuscule per grow

So this is the beginning we will find out what they are all about. This is skunk do si do nothern light and the small one is a lemon haze . And don't hate on the lights because I have hps in there and 900 watts of true led triple chip exlenvce plants are in platinum Stonington blend watered with mostly plain water mild fox farms Nute and fish ferts superthrive molasses and ff micro brew so will see about veg plus I got quarter inchs of space I between nodes they will explode trellis is about to be installed

Are you a AN salesman? Stating a nutrient line as "pH perfect" formula is just laughable. There's dry ferts specific for Cannabis. Jack's, MegaCrop, Maxigro/bloom to name a few.

Why would they then sell a potassium silicate product as "Rhino skin" if their formula is pH perfect? Silicate will do more for pH stability than what's in AN's "pH perfect" formula.

Even dry nutes that are not specific for cannabis are great.
Cannabis is not so extraordinary that it needs special nutrients.
If you look at the NPK numbers of different nutrients on which growers grow nice yields, you will see that all these NPK numbers are different.
So it is not that much of difference what you give them (in a certain range of course)

@Wastei
Rhino Skin is ridiculously overpriced.
It is just a product with some silicate in it (low percentage as well) for an absurd price.
Silicate is very good for your plants (there are many studies done on this) but there is no need to buy it from any of the cannabis nute companies.
In the US I would buy SilMatrix, which costs about $ 8 for a liter and it contains 20.8%SiO2.
Much, much cheaper then Rhino Skin, and way, way more SiO2.

True that! I buy "water glass" locally for cheap. Saturated at 33%. I believe Rhino skin is 5%? Lol

I get 5 liters of 33% solution potassium silicate for the same price as AN's Rhino skin 1L @ 5%. Marketing as usual, potassium silicate is an industrial sand used for sandblasting that should cost close to nothing.
