veg/flower light question?

Hey guys, I have a 150 HPS which i understand is has the yelllow colour more so its a flowering light, But i've used cfls for veg in the past. but how is a HPS for the whole grow? can i do that or should i stick to 6500K cfls for veg?

50% on here will say veg and flower with your HPS

I say veg with CFL's and flower with HPS. Start cycling in plants so you get a crop every 2-3 weeks, take the surplus and buy a bigger HPS for flower and a MH for vegging, That's what I say.

Yeah that is kinda out of the question tho. money can be an issue, and i've spend a few 100$ getting my cabnit and lights set up the way i want it.. i plan on building some sort of veg box so i can veg/flower at the same time. But i only have my cfls and 1 hps. So i should just stick with cfls for veg?
