veg inside flower outside

If i vegged the plant inside for a month on 24/7. Then took the plant outside would it start flowering with like 15 hours sunlight? Doing this for 2 reasons because of smell after it starts flowering. And to get a quick harvest.

it will flower, the shortening of the light cycles will trigger that but you might want to step down the lighting over a week to more similar levels so they do not go hermie on you.

It will start to flower but WILL NOT finish. It will reveg unless you're putting it out late summer.
