Veg light or 600w Light

Hiya everyone im growing some ultraviolet automatic and exodus cheese under a veg 125w light just going into 2nd week of veg, Im wondering if my 600w light will increase plant growth or is it better to just stick with my veg light ? Any advice will be much appriciated thanks?

If you want them to veg fast than throw the 600 over them. If it was me I would defiantly put them under the 600

lumens is what it's all about !!! 600

If the plants have a good root structure, stick them under the 600. Good luck.
