Veg question to 18/6 or 24hours?

This is my second grow my first one turned out really bad cause I didnt know how to tell the difference between a mail and a female and the male plant turned my other plant into a male to made me pretty mad but ima try it again and my question is I have two plants there both a inch or smaller still should I leave me T-5 on for 24 hour's? or should I go to a 18/6 scheduale or should I wait tell there biggr then 18/6 im not sure so if anyone could help me out with this i would really apreciate it thanks for reading

i leave mine under 24 till they get about 6 inches then go to 18 its working pretty well so far i have 60 under 24 right now

I usually use 24/0 for like a week or so and then switch to 18/6 and as soon as they come out the ground I put a light breeze on them with a fan ao your good

yup 24/7 for a week or 2 then 18/6 seems to be working out good for me.

ok My last question was the fan I have pointing at the lights themself's is blowing around my right plant (the bigger one) im not hurting it am I.?? I was kinda told to have some air blowing on your plants makes them stronger and its just good for them I know theres a point where theres to much but the plant only sways a little its not like its bending it over

fan on plant =s good make it stronger so it will hold the large buds

yea wind is and important factor outside so good venting and breeze on your plants will make them flourish.

how often do you water them????

right now only about 2-3 days maybe four I really scrwed up and bought some horrible soil that miracle grow stuff and I dont know if its retainging to much water or what I mean I have a T-5 the 8 bulb one about 2 inch's away from it but maybe this time I just got better ventalation and its not sucking the water out te soil .. how oftern you think I should water?
