Veg time

Beginner looking for some advice. I am trying to predict the amount of veg time so I can be prepared to rotate in a new plant. I am growing in a cabinet with a width of 40" and a depth of 18" and I plan on scroging. I am growing Tangerine Dream from Barnys Farm. She will be in a 5 gallon smart pot using Fox Farm Ocean Forest soil and Fox Farm Big Bloom, Grow Big, and Tigger Bloom nutrients. I am still playing with the lighting (I know that's a big part of growth rate) but will be using CFLs.

Thanks for any input. I don't have a lot of space available and want to make the most of my time.

How are you going to rotate in a new plant with one cabinet?

I have another cabinet but it is a lot smaller. More of a reason I want the timing to be right
