How old are they?
How much light will you be using for flower?
How much room do you have?
What strains and type(auto, Indica, Sativa)?
Need more info to give any guidance. If from seed, they will not begin to flower until they are mature, you will get staggered branch growth and may see pre-flowers. You can switch before then, but that will just reduce your yield.

they have grown a fair bit in one week....you could likely switch to 12/12 anytime now, but no rush

5th week of Vegetative stage my plants are really small.

very hard to predict yield as your don't know if they are female or males...but 150 grams with 4 plants is doable

150g with a 400 should be pretty easy, but I would suggest a couple more weeks of veg first. You should wait until they start showing staggered nodes and pre-flowers if you can. That will help you know if you need to pull any males. Even if you lost a couple from being male, with a little extra veg time you can get the same yield as 4 plants from one if you veg a little longer.
