So I was just wondering if it would be fine to veg with 3 6500k 100W CFL and 2-3 2700k 100W CFL. Any advise?

I'm new, so don't hold me down to this, but from what I've read, the 2700Ks would almost be pointless to use during Vegging and I would save them for flowering. I'd use the 6500Ks for vegging. More light for more plants. So, if you think that 3 bulbs won't do it, then buy more 6500s for the vegging.

yeah that should work, it gives a nice balance of red-blue, that is the trick with floros, like with the tubes you should use cool white and warm white

Agreed. Scratch what I said before. After reading this, I did some research. The wider the light spectrum, the better off your plants - In theory.
