So this is my first grow and looking to get some opinions, I veg' two girls under a 600w hps light for about two months and a week, I just put them in flowering and boy are they big. Just looking to see how much more my yield will be on estimate. Also I ran them under 24 hours light two months straight, please leave some comments guys thanksimage.jpeg

Oh man shes going to double or triple in size! Have you been feeding it while in veg? Shes going to pack some weight in flower. Whats your flower room specs? Get your self a tomato cage or some bamboo sticks. Yield is hard to determine this early sometimes just depending on so many factors. But if all said and done right man you will yield a nice amount.

Yeah I've fed them calmag floragro floramicro florabloom. Ran into a little nitrogen deficiency took me a little while to narrow it down. my flower room is tall enough to fit about 50-60 inch plant underneath, hopefully they don't get taller than that. But yea they are pretty massive I'm hoping to hit the jackpot. Very excited for my first grow !

How big are the pots? 2 months of veg is pretty long for anything under 5 gallons. Some selective pruning to help airflow wouldn't hurt, as well as tying town the tops for a wider, more even canopy.

To be honest idk the exact gallon count for the pots I believe the tags just said 15 inches on them, but if need be I can transplant into a 5 gallon, I'm about to start using 5 gal paint buckets

I have some 15s that are 8 gallon. With so many pot designs, it's hard to throw a capacity on it without measurements. If you've started flowering, I would definitely not repot. If you're showing a deficiency, I'd top with 2 inches of worm castings. Can't really overdo it with worm castings.

Well I'm looking at the pot now and turns out it's a 12 inch I completely thought it was a 15, so if I transplanted now would that hurt at all?

Take a couple more measurements. Tall? Does it narrow at the bottom? Generally once it goes into flower you don't want to disturb the roots as it will stunt growth for a bit. If you just flipped today, you can still get away with a careful repotting.

I'm going to transplant into this 15 inch, the plants are 28 inches tall and I just put them in flowering so I will feel a lot more comfortable knowing they have all the room they need. But then again this is my first grow so I'm not 100% on everything.

Even that pot isn't an ideal size. You'll be fine with it this run and it's all going to be chalked up as a learning experience. When you repot, I'd recommend using only earthworm castings for fill. Maybe mix in some bone meal with it if you're feeling saucy.
I prefer kitty litter buckets. They actually hold closer to 6 gallons. Milk crates with a garbage bag liner work well for a lower profile option.

exactly what he said, if you plan to do this again i might recommend 7-10 gallon pots big root ball = big buds but I wouldn't worry to much about it just flower them out, you wont be disappointed.:hump:

-You did a good job bushing her out, how ever if you tied her down you would have a more even canopy for maximum light efficiency

-In terms of trimming the larf off the bottom it is personal choice, if you have enough air flow in the room and humidity stays below 50% I usually leave it on, if not then to avoid PM issues I open it up for airflow and to focus all power on the main Kholas.

Here are mine currently in a 8x4x8 under 2 1000's 1st day of flower vrs 7th day

Day 7
