Hey all, I wanted to get your opinions on an idea I had to convert a medium-sized pop machine into a growbox.
The box measures 3 feet high, and 11 inches wide. There's a door on the front that swings open (with a lock), and three square compartments on the bottom, like you see at the bottom of old pop machines. They can be covered or converted to something else.
The cool part about this box is that it's refrigerated of course, so I can control heat issues well. Unless it can't get warm enough. I don't know.
Anyways, what I wanted to do was put in a 150w HPS. I don't know what I want to do for air exchange, maybe get some flowing through the holes in the bottom. I don't know yet. This is why I wanted your guys' advice.
Do you think there's enough space for one plant? Also, how would you guys' go about exhausting air from a contraption like this? Any input would be appreciated.
