Hello, everyone! I'm looking for some help with setting up a 6x6 grow room in my garage. It's an isolated and drywalled space, and I plan to run an exhaust fan with a carbon filter and an intake fan. The challenge is that the garage doesn't have heating, and I'm concerned about cold air coming in through the vents when the fans are off. I'm seeking suggestions on how to have the vents open when the fans are on and closed when they're off.
What vents to the outside are you planning, both intake and and exhaust?
I'd try pulling from the ceiling as suggested and exhaust back into the garage, recirculating in a lung room is common.
Garages are typicaly not well sealed and people are often overly concerned about 'fresh' air.
Depending on climate, running sealed with co2 is likely the best option. How cold are your winters?
Btw, there have been good threads here on this exact topic, could be very informative.
