Vent options for smaller LED grow

I'm working on a new stealth grow in a cabinet that's approx 2' x 3' x 6'. I'll be using a California Lightworks Solar Flare 200w LED for lighting. The setup will be in a basement that runs 39-45% humidity and currently about 60 degrees (I know, a little cool). Because of the cool temps, I'm hoping that the LEDs will throw just a little heat and warm up the grow box. I'm insulating the walls with Roxul to keep the heat inside.

Growing in soil and initially 60 day Lemon Auto-flower. Thinking 2 plants in 3 or 5 gallon buckets.

For venting, I was thinking 6" insulated duct work with an inline fan and carbon filter to keep away any odors. However, the sound of that fan is just killer. In addition, I'm thinking that because of temps, too much airflow might cool the box down and I need to keep the temps higher. The intake is passive using a 12"x12" darkroom shutter.

What other options do I have? Will a PC fan with some type of carbon work create enough flow to keep the air fresh and clean from odors with lower noise?

My other path is to build a box to silence the fan, but I'm still thinking I have too much airflow and might keep the box too cool with that much air flowing through it.

I also started putting a small ONA jar nearby and it does a great job of smelling clean now. But, I don't have any buds there and I'm worried that the ONA might at some point need to be amp'ed up so much that it'll smell artificial?

Just get a fan speed controller if your fan is overkill might need that cooling action in the summer you would literally be able to dial in temps better.

Thanks for the replies...I have Ventech 6" 240 CFM and did put a speed control on it, but if I drop it under 90%, it just stops. Maybe it's not compatible with the speed control?

led puts off very little heat, heres my current grow, home made 600 watt led,in same size grow area as yours,
i have 5 differnt levels for shelf,600 watt is = to a hps plants love it,it my first led grow under led indoors, and i had to do some ajusting,
these are 16 day old,i moved them closer to the light 3 days ago,i didnt want little squaty plants,so now they have stopped streach,im thinking 4 of 8 is female, and i only want 4 female,so its looking good,i built the light myself,if i close it up with only lights for heat,it stays around 72 but i have outside heater to raise it to about 80ish in day time, when i leave the door open, for flower i have small fan i will introduce to it,and 4 more leds and small vent at bottom to draw in heat air ect..top is vented to another area, with outside vent,if i need it,but i dont think i will, its winter here now, total cost of my mini grow area about 50 bucks

A booster fan to exchange air. And your led will do perfect in that space. Especially with those tents. I have a 5x10x6.5 and with 400w of actual led and 400w of t5 in the tent it keeps the room fairly cool. Like 72. Not optimal. But hey, the less I have to spend the better. Then once they turn off. My 1kw hps turns on and heats the room accordingly as well. And I use it to heat my upstairs. Aijce its like a 4500btu heater lol

That shutter thing is cool looks like you could even mount a hepa filter.......I like p-traps myself pretty cheap....I had a fan that wasn't compatible with a controller once....did like you describe....maybe get a bigger one you can dial down then you have an extra and a bigger one for when you expand:)
