You might be able to get by with having a simple table fan blowing out of the closet. This will surely heat up your room, but maybe cracking a window will help. All depends on your outside temps and the temp inside the closet. You might want to look into getting some kind of thermometer if you don't already have one. Try to keep the closet no hotter than around 85 degrees.

Definitely get a thermometer, 4" muffin fans are pretty quiet and will do the trick, you only need 2 of them and a wall wart charger rated at 12v dc output to power them. You can get the fans at hardware stores like me, or on the net, cheap too.

depends where/ if you are venting. Home depot has a decent 240cfm inline fan for $32. You have to put it in a insulated box to keep it quiet, but that's easy to make.

vent into the attic if you can, you better have sealed lights or its gonna get really hot in there. Get two fans, one to run through both lights (fans should be pulling not pushing) and the other to vent through a filter, do a search its easy to make a descent cheap carbon filter. The air going through the lights should be coming from and going to outside the room, so that this air doesn't need to be filtered, as it never really enters the room. figure $200 to do it right.

for cheap option get a bathroom exhaust fan, they make a little noise attatch rubber to reduce rattling... no need for intake fan then just a hole 1.5 times the size of exhaust hole.... the more expensive ones are the really quite ones.... good luck... also get 1 or 2 ossicilating fans to blow between plants and lights..
