If I buy ventech 8" 400 cfm for exhaust my inline fan must be lower or I can buy same one for inline fan?
Well a 400cfm is powerful so it will prolly cause a negitive pressure so id say u let it suck air from a nice intake hole. Dont think u need two units.. But im a newbie too man. Using a room not a grow tent.. Im sure its the same content diff specs.

Hey guys I'm no expert but I have a good 6 years of growing experience, The negative pressure isn't enough alone to keep the air exchange around your plants to a maximum, (Trust me, I have tried in the past) your plants will still grow and produce bud but two units is essential for optimum growth. Be it a tent or room. Most large grows that i have visited will either use air-con or a fresh air intake no matter how big or small the operation.

Oh, they can be both the same size if that's what keeps your room comfortable for the girls then that's cool.. I have a friend with a room that had two 8" fans one for in one for out, and the plants are loving it, he stepped up his intake with each grow and the final yield increased each grow too. That was the only variable that changed, so it was definitely the reason for the increase in yield. I'm not saying that it will work for everyone but it did for him.
