Thank You for response :)
My grow room size is about 1.7x1.8x1.8 meters.

I will do sealed room. I will start with yiest/sugar/water mix at start, COBs. So, I guess I won`t need an AC or venting, because COBs wont build such heat. If my skills grow, I will buy Atlas 3 co2 controller and a tank.
u are doing mash

ok ummmmmmm fuck it i will just share it
12 lbs of dark brown sugar
6 gallons of water
6 tbsps of yeast nutrients
2 big old spoons of gypsm ( like 2 big bite of icecream spoon fulls)
1 quart of honey

mix it all up heat it up and let it cool to about 70s .....then add in dady yeast (it will take the mash all the way to 22% abv)
trick i used was 2 and half gallons of water in a pot add in all the stuff heat the temp to 135 once all the sugar is desolved then u put it in the mash buck and use cold water to lower the temp and get it to the 6 gallon mark

u need 2 mash buckets to do a still run unless u have a small still ......mine is 20 total tank and thumper i run it at about 12-15 gallons ..........this is atleast 20% abv so by the time it is done u can store it in a cool dark place for a while the ABV is well pass the mother of vinger worry stage ........since the abv is so high u need a copper thumpe and worm to help mellow out the rum ........oh this is low in menthnal math saids 250 mls for 12 in mash i triple it 750ml for heads

as for tanks of Co2 ..........do not buy them they will cost u more money then u are account for the 20lb tanks 100-130 the 50 lbs 400-500 for just the tank then u are looking at best a exchange the tank thing with the ppl suppling so your cost is going to be 26-34 bucks for a 20 gallon tank and u will go tho that tank quick 2 weeks or less ....a 50 lb tank will last longer but u are going to be paying alot more

look at a simple propain burner ........the math comes out alot less cost for u vs the return factor ......plus propain tanks can be filled for under 10 bucks or exchanged for 20 .....the time on a burner system is about 3 times longer then a tank of Co2

and u will need a AC/heating system in there ......cobs do make heat and the Co2 is going to raise the RH factor plus u need to account for the IR heat build up on the leaves ( do u like a hot stale no wind day or do u like a cool breeze ) same for plants

10L CO2 tank costs here 120$ and to replace it - 7.50$. I will go with no ventilation. Maybe some ventilation at summer time, but for now, as winter is comming - sealed! Thank You for Your effort :)
For how long that cool mix lasts 1200-1500ppm?

the mash mix is good for 5 days ....1500+ once it starts u can not stop it or turn it down or anything it will go like a rabbit for 3 to 4 days then start to slow down by the 6th day u will be in the 1200ppm 7th honestly no more bubbles should be coming up (the warmer it is in the room the faster the bucket will work the shorter the life u get out of it )

but in the end run it tho a stil u have some good rum (pot stil with thumper) other wise a reflux will make it 180 190 proof no taste but good for fuel additve .......but the mix should come out to about 20-21 abv so 6 gallons of that stuff should get u 1 gallon of high octane shine per bucket

haha this is why they invented the tbsps
tbsp is 3 tsp
that is not enough .........

2 of those spoon fulls .......if u want to get in tbsp u are looking about 7 to 10 of them ......hence 2 big spoon fulls quicker
the gypsum phs the water to 4.0(4.0 is prefect for the yeast) and gives the finally product a smoother taste even off the stil itself compared to not using it

Okay okay.
That's why they invented the standardized cup :P
the spoon fits in the package 4 movements stick in.... scoop up... pull out... dump
u never made it measureing out dry is more of a hassle then is worth hence why i worded it the way i did .........work smarter not harder
