Ventilation help please

Ok so I have a grow box I just built one out of some cardboard stapled to the inside of a hamper. I am going to put 2 45 watt CFl's in it for just 1 plant... So I was wondering is there any way I can get away without puting an intake and outake fan in there? Also if Ihave to use those methods can I make it light proof? Please read this thread https://www.rollitup.org/newbie-central/309366-window-sil-cfl-grow.html, and tell me if this can be done with 45 watters instead and while it is in the grow box would I need ventalation because it will only be in the grow box a max. of 12 hrs a day. And when flowering the lights will be on maybe a couple hours max. So please read my other thread or you really wont understand what I am talking about.

Ventelation is a MUST, the plant NEEDS fresh air, should be exchanged/replentished every 5 minutes (at least)

With a small rm it will take little.Use boards to brace up your box buy 1 or 2 13.00 bathrm fans.This will keep them happy
