Ventilation Help!!

My grow room is small but I am able to fit in the room with my plants. I need to lower the temperature but if i use a intake fan I have no way of getting fresh air without making it visible.
Does anyone have any ideas?

If I cut a whole in the floor and put tubing out the floor and it was level with the ground facing up would that bring in fresh air efficiently?

I don't see an exhaust in your pictures. You need an intake and an exhaust. The exhaust can be passive if you have a fan exhausting the air. I don't think that a tube with a big bend in it is going to give you much air. And if it is flush with the ground, isn't stuff going to fall in it?

If your picture is accurate the floor of the shed appears to be above ground level. You could cut a hole at the base of the shed wall and attach a small grill to it. Then you could run a hose to an intake fan to provide fresh air.

However, you still need somewhere to exhaust the hot air, preferrably near the top of the shed roof. Possibly another hole and another vent. You could tell people your shed was getting too hot. (which is true!!)
