Ventilation Overkill?

I'm currently setting up my first growdrobe in my lil' backyard shed
It's an 6' x 4' x 2' Wardrobe

my major Q's is what is a good ventilation system for a 6'x4'x2' grow closet?

Current planned setup;
- 6x4x2 Wardrobe, gap sealed
- Panda Film (b/w PVC)
- 2x 4" Computer fans on opposite sides, bottom of wardrobe
- 1x Small pedestal fan inside wardrobe
- 6" Ceiling Fan top of wardrobe
- 5x 16W+ CFL for germination / vegitation
- 250W Metal Halide for flowering
- 12" Fan Inside external box, blowing through ducting to cool Metal Halide
- Soil mix

i attached a quick sketch of the proposed setup, to help everyone to decipher the above
(it's paintastic!)

Can anyone see any obvious problems / issues with a setup as such?
is it ventilation overkill?

any input / suggestion would be greatly appreciated,

Cheers

no thats aweosome bro! get that fresh air in there!
I have a question though. How did you go about hooking up the computer fans to be plugged into an ac plug...
sorry if i sound stupid for asking this but i guess i just missed the memo when everbody started doing this. id really like to know though.

wire it up to an adaptor.
there's a thread on it here somewhere i believe...
i'd love to explain, but i think it would be messy if i did it right now :bigjoint:

haha nah, i'm on the opposite side of the world.
hence i was baking only, waking was done ~ 13hours after that post! :D

so does anyone at all see any issues with this setup?
surely there most be something that could be imporved / need to be changed?

I'd have one of those computer fans at the top, opposite side to the one at the bottom as an exhaust, preferably through a carbon filter, although that depends on whether anyone's likely to be sniffing around near your box. you do need to get air out of there though, you can have as many intakes as you like but with no exhaust the same air will just keep circulating. Also I think the ceiling fan's a bit ott, but I'm no expert.

I agree, the ceiling fan could be replaced with an exhaust out the top intake in the bottom, it looks like you're sending air straight through the light without venting the box.

There's no such thing as ventilation overkill, unless you're trying to use co2 enrichment.

Cheers for the headups guys.
So ditch the ceiling fan in favour of a passive intake setup, is that what you meant?

Yeh, the light / ducting / fan was intended to be an isolated system, hence outside air being sucked into fan, which blows it through the ducting, cooling the lamp, exiting out of the opposite side of the closet.

yay / nay?

Btw, Apo Feast, a 7am wake & bake sesh is impressive!
I'd be out cold by lunch if i started that early (and had no refill)

The light cooling system is good, especially if its all close and straight runs of ducting (unfortunatly if you want to adjust the light height you need to leave a bit of slack in the ducting). Just make sure you have an exhaust! You don't have to use passive intake, it will likely be sufficient but theres nothing wrong with putting a fan on it to drop temps a little more.
