Ventilation question

So my question is in regard to my inline exhaust fan. I'm ultimately trying to determine how long I need to run it each day, if at all.
I have a table fan feeding fresh air in the tent from my room, and I have an oscillating fan inside the tent.
With the help of a humidifier, while running the intake & oscillating fan my RH is in the 60~50 range and temp is between 74-65.
When I turn on my exhaust, on the lowest setting, the humidity just plummets, down in 45~40 range.
To avoid more adjusting with my humidifier, should I just run the exhaust for a few minutes at a time every few hours, or can I even get by without running it at all?
I'm growing in a new environment and dialing everything in has been a pain, would love to save some extra work if possible.

I have 2 inline fans and a fan inside. But, I have my exhaust fan going into my filter. Smell is an issue. If you don't have to worry about that...you can go without. I don't know what your set up is like but I had no issue attaching the fans. Takes 5 minutes.

I have my exhaust hooked up to a carbon filter as well. Smell isn't a problem right now since I'm still early on. As the plants mature and get stinky I'm hoping the heat from summer coming will help neutralize my humidity issue with the exhaust running and I won't have to worry. Otherwise I may just deal with a stinky room or two to avoid running a humidifier all day.
I just wasn't certain if the air inside the tent had to be exhausted, or if the intake fan is enough to handle it

I wouldn't worry about turning off the exhaust, but many use a humidity controller to operate it. I have the Inkbird IHC-200.

I couldn't find any good info about the amount of ventilation needed so I bought C02 monitor to find out.....
