so the idiots at the store told my Madre that i could activated my new phone today, this morning

i call the automated shit up and i put in the "change phone" option

after entering both my phone number AND the last 4 digits of my social security number, it says "please hold while we contact a representative"

..........

ok... 1 ...its fucking christmas morning, dont lie right to my face and tell me to wait for people who are not even there

2, are you fucking kidding me? why do i need to talk some one for you (you being the computer system) to activate my phone?

run me in circles more you idiots!!!!

it gets harder every day to talk to a human when you call any help line
the most frustrating part is they tell me to wait for some one to assist me....


they expect me to wait on the line until tommorow

press *228 and hit the send button
listen to the automated voice
then choice opt 1 for acivation

don't need to talk to anyone

... or you can activate it online @ verizonwireless.com under your my verizon acct...
