Vero29 gen 7

So I'm looking at these cobs from rapid led and seem like a really good price, they say they are "d" bin but am unsure of what this means, is this cob inferior?Screenshot_2017-02-05-21-38-53-32.png or is there a better chip that I should go for at around the same price range?

lol. It's not that easy a question to answer. What you driving with? Space? How many you buying and building?

Overall, it's a fine chip. cons imo is driver matching. Also, hard to get any decent discount on veros when you buy under <1000.
1818s and luminus seem to be best bang for buck atm.

50V veros are a little better than 36V and are in the same price range
when i get my power supply back ill test gen 6 1818 against vero V7

as mentioned luminus is in same efficiency range and cheaper

I believe the "D" designation refers to the chip being 36 volts. I've had my eye on the same chip.
