Vertical garden questions

Hi all I am setting up a new grow room in a couple of weeks. I am looking to go vertical with this grow. I have 1.5x1.5 metre sq space in mind. I want to invest into some new equipment. I don't know weather to go soil or hydro. I would love to go hydro but the equipment seem to be expensive and I never grew hydro before and would be afraid I mess this grow up and end up at a loss. I am looking to run 2 1000w hps lights inside cool tubes. And I want to run a scrog around these lights. I am growing 4 different types of strains and I want good yielding but more important I want strong thc content. As for hydro I found a lot of people built there own systems. I want to grow about 80 plants or a few more if possible.

Where can I buy vertical cool tubes?
What are good strains for this type of grow?
Where is the best place to buy vertical hydro systems? Or would I be better off in soil since that's what I know? Or wud I be better off building my own hydro and if so what diy hydro systems are better for me?
Also if I'm running 2x1000w hps will tha be a big jump on electricity bill and will I end up with a knock from the police?
Any other thoughts you might have and any opinions is very much appreciated thanks

Well i haven't done either but i think a vertical hydro grow would boost your yield to like 1.5gpw id guestimate, hydro is definitely a higher yield but apparently it's lower quality its like eating a protein bar that's processed vs an organic lobster, i figure you got to risk trying hydro with no guarantees to get massive yields or stick to the same thing and learn nothing new, I'd personally try one variable at a time, like perhaps try vertical n soil or try out one dwc bucket that's like 50 bucks to practice hydro before you invest in a huge vertical Hydro system and risk not yielding anything the first try if your not confident enoug, happy farming!

First, try the vertical grow section.
Second, vertical doesn't give better gpw numbers- unless you're well dialed in. What it does is give big yields in little spaces.
Third, hydro need not be expensive and Wii definitely help you get the most out of your vertical space.
Fourth, that business about protein bars and organic lobster is Bullshit! Plants need minerals. Hydroponics provides them, in the water, in forms they can use without further processing. That's why it's faster and more flexible.

Do some studying and get an idea of what you want the end result to look like before you begin. And have fun!

I think u are dead right I will start off in soil and try a few in hydro at learn a few things before jumpin in the deep water by goin full hydro and end up pulling every hair out of my head lol.

I'm gonna do my studying and see if I can gain the knowledge and confidence to do full hydro. What is your opinion on tha vertical diy system I posted a link to??

Not bullshit look at the big picture there are microbes and other things besides just minerals that contribute to the health of the plants that you're unaware of. Hydro definitely can yield more but you still miss the more well roundedness of soil. Have you ever had an organic home grown tomatoe?
