Very poor growth on 3 of 4 plants.

Why exactly are you set on feeding 3x a day? By the looks of the size I’m sure twice a day will suffice just fine.

Just consistent advice from 2 separate growers and I only feed 2 on the smaller ones but they're in coco coir so I water until runoff everytime. In my experience thus far, I did experience over watering in the beginning but pj diaz I believe his name is suggested bc of the nute deficiency I had bc my pH my lux my ppm/EC we're all off causing the issues I was having, to flush once then continue feeding as regular. 2 times per day for smaller plants and 3 for the larger ones to allow them fresh water and less salt retention. They're being grown in coco coir, not soil this the frequent feedings. I also feed with every watering. I have half strength bottles and whole strength using dyna gro grow and bloom nute. Did use in combo with cal mag but I ended up dropping it after the cal mag deficiency resolved. And the dyna gro has sufficient cal mag.

I’ve been growing in 3g coco for couple years now and have done just fine with a single feed daily and a buddy is still doing this way hand watering once daily to runoff and it works fine. I moved to an automated watering system but still in 3g pots and only feed twice daily with no issues. Just make sure your getting plenty of runoff and you should be fine with twice daily
 
Thanks for all the super helpful info and for not going in on me too bad. Lol. I plan on continuing this grow journey and now's the time in my families life for me to be able to do that. Thank you all for the advice and knowledge. Even the snarky comments from certain dickheads that like to talk, thanks for reminding me why I'm not that person. The hate and the support It all gives me motivation.

Yeah when I joined I had to gain thick skin in a hurry. A lot of times it’s not directed at your or you can’t get a sense of the tone on a message as you would in person. I’m a very direct typer so I sometimes make people think I’m a dick when I don’t mean to be I just get right to the point.

a lot of the more experienced folks on here have been answering some silly questions for a very long time so they get a little salty now and then but they all mean well. And I personally am very greatful for their knowledge and help.

its all a journey so as long as your learning from each mistake that’s all that really matter and don’t make the same mistake more than once or twice lol.
You will only get better at growing the more you do it and every grow will teach you something new.

Run shit loads of air and with the best grows the vpd was in range, just because it wasn't measured or charted doesn't mean it wasn't in play, its always been there.
 
I use coco as an amendment along with FFHF and FFOF....a handful of worm castings and some extra perlite. It's a very open mix and it dries very quickly when the plants are actively growing.

In veg. Every time I water, I feed the plants Alaskan fish fertilizer (1 TBSP per gallon) along with a teaspoon of liquid kelp. It stinks, but it's simple and you almost can't over fertilize with it. The plants seem to like it.

If you don’t mind me asking what is your mix ratios of the soils to coco? I like to add some coco and peat to my outdoor soil mixes

It depends on temps and humidities shit loads of air indoors is a safety net more than anything, don't be so hard-nosed, all Im saying is VPD is a thing, if you're within range all good, if you are too far out of range it causes problems, Old times or new times if you are growing to" full potential " your VPD is somewhere close to optimum, its not a hard concept to grasp, its proven science.
 
Just to let everyone know how things are going, this is a picture from today. All the same strains. The smaller ones had some trouble in the beginning but theyre coming around. I just flipped to flower on the 4th and I've seen so much growth even from last week it's insane but for my first run I'm not too upset especially from 4 seeds I got from a dispensary 8th and they were all viable. I am a little worried that I won't have enough room in the tent. Is there anything I can do to minimize growth? Less light perhaps? Ive heard they take a lot of nitrogen the first week or so after the flip.

You want as much growth during stretch as your tent height will allow. Figure out your plants maximum height by raising the light as high as you can get it and then subtract the required light distance for your light brand. Usually around 18"-24" depending on how strong and what type. Use that as the ceiling for the plants and supercrop them to keep them below that.
 
Update on these. I first off wanted to thank everyone for the advice which has been extremely helpful. I've had very good luck with one of the 4 plants. One turned out to be male so I got rid of him but I kept a cut to use for seed production on lower buds. I'm down to two plants out of 4. The biggest and smallest ones and for my first grow I'm pretty happy with the results so far. Growing with 2 bloomspect sl600w lights (85w per light for 2x2' space) grown using dyna gro, grow and bloom nutes. Currently in the 3rd week of flower. The strain is Texas butter (banana og X Stardawg). Hopefully the rest of the grow goes smooth. I wanted to give a special thanks to @FirstCavApache64 for constantly answering my dumbass questions and helping me with the process of supercropping and @PJ Diaz for the info on feeding my plants. I can't wait to start my next run after harvest.
