very sick plant

I watered yesterday afternoon and everything looked good, i checked this morning and everything was also looking strong but this evening i looked inside the tent and this is what one of my plants looked like! all the other plants look strong but this one. is it possible this plant was over watered?

What type of medium; soil or hydro? soil
What brand and type of soil? 707
Indoors or outdoors? indoor
What strain? qrazy train
How old are the plants? 1 1/2 weeks
What type of lights and how many watts? sunlight supply 600 watt
How far from the lights? 5 1/2 feet
What is your watering frequency and source of water? tap water, just when she looks dry and just enough to get run off
What, how much and when was it fed? NPK? flora duo
What is the medium/runoff pH and PPM if in hydro? 707 formula 6.5 ph
What are the temps and humidity in the room? 75 not sure on humidity
What size pots? 3 gal
Any bugs? Look real close. no
Any other pertinent info? every thing was looking good all this happened in a matter of a few hours

I'm definitely not a pro, so my opinion is about useless. But to me it looks like overwatering, but I'm a noob so I could be way off, lol.

i wateredyesterday until it drained from bottom it is in a 3 gal potting bag and i gave each plant a half gallon of water. the wierd thing is all the other plants look good but this one

Looks overwatered. Just let her dry out a while and it should perk back up. GL

now leaves are curling and crunchy
