Very Very Confused

Im getting a 4 pin CFL bulb.


What do I need to hook it up, including light timer. Its 2G11 base it says.

Looks to be your average power compact and isn't going to work in a standard light outlet. Only ever seen pc used in aquarium hobby, though never used them myself as I burned HID over my reef.

all well and good but i went to lowes and home depot today and got 2 27 watt cfls that cost me only 3 or 4$. My dumbass put the other pack off cuz cuz I was going to lowes afterwards but they had them like 5 $ a peice or somethin. But the lights 4$ and like 3$ for a 2 bulb adapter and I am pushing the same lumens as you with less watts at 1/2 the price.

YO, those are nice, I dont have a Depot. Ill keep looking though

I really want to use these,if i can set it up forthe right price. WHats wrong with them?
