very VERY thin leaf fingers at top (new growth)

Hi all. My 1st post ever and I have been growing for years indoors on and off. Its my 4th grow. I always google for existing questions and always get my answers. This time I am struggling to get definitive info and am forced to post. I have watched all Jorge Cervantes grow DVD's, read his bibles and you think I would know this one?!?! lol. I'm almsot sure but I need confirmation. I'm growing SOG in a very small cupboard (smallest I have ever grown in) 2ft x 2ft x 6ft(high), 4 plants in 1 gallon bags, each with 1sq ft grow space horizontally but plenty headroom. I am using the tie down method. 400watt hps. 177CFM with passive inlet holes cut to the size recommended for 177CFM. PH is fine, watering is fine, temp is 100% (22 low - 27 high), no bugs, no light leaks, been flowering for 1 month now. Seems to me a hybrid. Fed organic fert for veg 2x, then flushed and switched to flowering fert at full recommended strength (could have been too strong to soon??) PROBLEM IS (which I haven't seen before really, not like this)- on the new growth.. all the fingers of the leaves recently (past 14 days since I switched to flowering) seem ever so thin ... and I mean thin thin thin. New growth is yellowish as well (not too bad but enough to know something is not right). I know sativa is thin fingers but not like this :P . The only thing I can think is overfet causing the leaf to curl under making it appear "thinner". I thought it was this and flushed with 3x water and then added fert 1/8 strength 5 days ago but it doesn't seem to have helped yet. My best guess would be (over-fert) NEW GROWTH: Leaves are curling under, some twisted, claw, yellowing, thin fingers. OLD LEAVES: NORMAL - dark green with a very few turning yellow. Hard to imagine over fert when flushing before switch to recommended full strength of flower fert and then watering thereafter. I just flushed it now again. Not over watering as it completely dries in 3-4 days. Seems that it was overfed and now flushed and starved. What to do, FEED OR NOT TO FEED??!?!?!!? it probably needs elements ABC and not DEF but in a mixed fert with everything in it, it would make sense not too feed, so catch 22. 1 thing for sure, its a nute problem, but how to get out of this corner b4 its too late.. . .Check the pics. It will be interesting to hear what you guys think. Holding thumbs for my babies. Peace out
