Vicodin 500 mg tabs and mary jane?

Yesterday i was playing basketball at the park, and i cut my toe open pretty bad, i continued to play on it and after coming down from a dunk, landed on my ankle wrong and broke my foot. I went to the ER and got a extreamly painfull shot in my toe, then they stiched it up and wrapped the foot. I was given a perscription for 500 mg vicodin it says APAP 5mg too idk what that means. I was advised to take 1 every 6 hours on the bottle but i am 6'3 170. After taking one today i smoked and felt pretty good, but the vicodin seemed to stop the pain well, i wasnt very out of it thow. Would it be ok to take 2 pills, and maybe smoke at the club after? Thanks for the read and al replies.

It probably wouldnt kill you, but mixing chemicals in your brain isnt advised.. I would say go for it since I would do the same thing in your situation..

the 500mg means there is 500mg of acetaphetamine. thats dangerous. could kill you at levels as low as 4000mg. 5 mg is the hydrocodone which is the good stuff. 2 should be fine. i burnt my hand and was prescribed 1-2 every 4 hours. smoking on it is fine too just makes you more reaxed. just be careful of the acet.

so also if on those dont take otc pain killers. most have acet too

Isn't it scary that tylenol is so readily available even though it can destroy your liver? But weed hasnt had any proven side effects on major organs anyway you need that 10mg hyrdocodone to feel the good stuff which means taking 2 pills and smoking a joint.

ok im also on an antibiotic 4 infection for 3 days. but if im only takin 2 pills i shouldnt be at ny risk?

Antibiotics won't interact with anelgesics (hydrocodone) so you'll be fine.
