So I may have to run a 400 mh just to increase the temp up around the nominal temp for growing in winter. Thanks for the reply

I just bought a XS4000 for my 4x4 tent after seeing your results with it. Thanks for sharing your experience with it. How far from the canopy and at what power level did you use for both veg. and flowering did you use?
Regards and happy growing

No problem man that’s why I made this thread. It really has been a great light to grow under. And the real heat sink makes heat dissipation easy a small fan blowing over the top keeps it only warm.
100 percent all the way veg I was about 30 inches up flowering about 18

I've just started mine. Sprouts atm. Going to do 4 of each. Gorilla Zkittlez, Triple Cheese, Baked Alaska and Amnesia Haze. Then I'll take cuts of each and see which performers are the best and run from there. By then it'll be spring so the veggie patch will be ready for Peyote Critical. She performs really well outdoors.

I checked it with my PAR reader I spent $300 on just to check it. The readings are a little out to what they advertise. They say +/- 3%. More like +/- 15%.

I don’t get what your saying when they say +-3 % like that they mean power draw from the wall is plus or minus 3% of what the total power of the light is.

you can’t check watts with a par meter so not sure I get what you are saying
