Hi my plants are 3 weeks old now, and have only recently showed signs of sickness, I don't know if it's heat/light stress ( as not just the top leaves seem damaged) over or under feeding. I have stopped feeding them nutes and just feeding plain water. I've moved the hps 600 light a little further away and put a fan on them. Can anyone pin point this using the pictures I've provided. Is there anymore I can do. The plants are in soil, the run off water and the feeding water ph seem fine. Temps between 25c and 28c.
any help for a newb would be greatly appreciated

They might need to dry out a bit? ask your self whats changed. They got to that stage. Have the outside conditions dramatically changed. What are night time parameters?

Hi the humidity is around 60 with the fan off, the light is 24/7, should I drop down to 18/6? The temp only drops a few degrees at night, outside conditions have not changed.

It looks like heat stress to me, maybe back off your light a bit more
Dr. Jekyll

switch to 18/6 for some cool down time, which may help the recovery, 24/7 is not helping in your situation

Not that it is absolutely necessary, but I don't see any perlite in your soil that would help to dry things up, and how are those bags draining? Everything I have read suggests that you shouldn't nute until the flowering stage, so if you have yellowing it might suggest that there was a little much nitrogen in the soil while you were nuteing, also check under the leaves for spider mites. if they are there some neem oil will take care of them and be harmless to the plant. I think you just give them a little time to recover they will return to being mas cheengown again bro.

Some good points. What kind of nutrients are you using? I'm thinking it looks like some heavy(ish) feedings have caught up.

How long have you been flushing with plain water for? Are you noticing a difference? Usually that's what clears up most problems with new growers.

And are you counting 3 weeks from germination, or since its sprouted, or what? Its very probable that the plant has also been overwatered and that has lead to some slow growth. They're usually a lot bigger by 3 weeks.

I was using half strength coco grow nutes, I have used nutes for about 4 days now and have just been using plain water,
3 weeks tomorrow from sprout, most of the new leaves are still nice and green, the growth has slowed lately.
ive improved drainage and repotted, the nitrogen thing could make sense.
can I just use plain water until the flowering stage?
