I thought it would be nice to have an area for us in VA to do some local trading. It would be great to be able to spread some good, clean cuts around the state.
I have Motorbreath 15 and pre 98 bubba kush from Dookie Farms and they are the only clones I have ever taken in and I'm positive they are hlvd clean after running both for over a year as mother plants. I'd like to grab something heavy indica leaning if anyone is interested. I'd be willing to meet in Richmond or Charlottesville for the right trade. I have a rooted bubba kush extra right now and the MB 15 would be snips. If I can get some clone mailers I'd be willing to mail them if you're too far or would just prefer them sent.

Edited to add current Pre 98 Bubba Kush clone that's an extra. Great terps and classic Bubba Kush flavor of earthy kush, coffee and a hint of cocoa or chocolate depending on who I ask. Not a high THC plant but super chill effect. Good for muscle aches and stress.

I am up in the mountains not too far from Skyline Drive. All my family is in DC and I do drive up there a few times a year. Next time I am heading up I'll Dm you to see if there's anything you need. I would snap if had to deal with that traffic, Lived up in DC for the first 20 some years of my life and then got the heck out.

Hey fellow VA-ian here. I’m outside of Richmond. We love the Shenandoah area, and go at least a couple times a year, usually to hike in the park, then hit up brew pubs, wineries etc in the evenings.

I don’t have any fancy cuts to trade. Only whatever I’m hunting through at the moment. I’m Hoping to start to some chucking to finish up the season.

Those MB’s look like hand grenades!

They looked like grenades and the smoke hits like one . Next time you're going to be in my neck of the woods message me and I'll be happy to grab you some snips of both or either one you want. I'm cool just giving them to you, no trade needed.

I forgot, I have a mother plant of this Steve Lemme OG x White Cherry Truffle plant I ran last cycle. It's just a nice, frosty plant. No special clone only strain, but it was super hardy outdoors and survived 2 frosts and a hard freeze. The smoke is a really nice happy and chill indica effect but you can still get crap done if you need to. I'll be running this again this next flower cycle as it was a good yielder too.


Outdoor plant was under watered and put outside in the middle of summer. Still did really well with only 4-5 hours of direct sun a day.

I'm loving the Steve Lemme OG x White Cherry Truffle plant. The clone rooted in 10 days in a Root Riot plug in a Solo cup with a Ziploc bag over it. Thanks for showing me how to clone the easy way @Rurumo.
The mother plant is a beast right now. Probably too big to flower so I grabbed a cut to flower and I need to get the mother trimmed up. If you want un rooted snips and can make it to Richmond or Charlottesville I'd be glad to give some out.

Yep that's the method I use as well.

I like to pre-soak the plugs in a mild nute solution. take my cuts, dip in cloning gel, then into the plug. Mist the inside of the cup and baggie with a water spray bottle.

Cut off one corner of the bag, only leaving a small hole for air. Secure with a rubber band, put under a low power light and I usually see roots in a week or so.

I also keep mine on a heating mat around 78-80F

It's the simplest way I've found that has good success. A moist paper towel is on the side of the cup at the bottom to provide moisture and help draw the roots out. I have an aero cloner but it's way more work.

I just throw my plugs on those trays that hold them...dip the cut, stab the cut in the cube, into the tray in a bigger 2'x2' clear plastic tub, mist the inside, set on pad for 2 days crack lid all plugs rooted on 7-10 days....have used the solo cup many times too!

I live in Charlottesville would love to get a couple of clones even if I can't I thought your post was awsome everyone should be so friendly and generous

We can probably make that happen but first why don't you go over to the introduction thread and say hi. Once people get to know you a little bit I bet it will be easier to grab some stuff. Welcome to RIU fellow Virginian.

The Bubba Kush has been spoken for by a really helpful and super generous forum member but I have the Steve Lemme OG x White Cherry Truffle rooted in a Solo and a few Motorbreath 15 snips I'm cloning today. I should be able to spare a couple snips from the Purest Indica plant. That one is a great old school smoke and the biggest leaves and petiole I've had indoors.
I'll have a very few snips of Northern Lights once I can get them sexed and transplanted. Probably going to be a little bit on those as they're seedlings now.

I have two NL#2 from Authentic Genetics that I just popped a few weeks ago. If I get a girl you're welcome to a cut. Probably going to be a bit as there slow to veg it seems. I have Purest Indica plants from them as well that I could give you cuts of now as they're a good bit bigger.
