hi
its my first grow and i use -canna weg. and flo. budlink and formulex for roots but i change to dutch master zone.
good wentilatione and filter ,stable temp.21-24 and humidity 56%+ home made co2 generator going to plants and resevoir with air pump .

at the moment in my room i got -

two mother plants month in flo.(takes 11 weeks) with 250w cfl , i forgot to top them so i did it recently and they are very high.

11 clones 5 weeks in to weg. under fluo. already toped and with nice big roots -very soon flo.

i wonder why arent they nice and bushy??is it not enough lite??

write me what do you think and how can i improve my grow :)

Well the problem u have with the lankyness of them is probably 2 things 1 it can b the length of the stem u clone u should only need the last 10 cm where all the close nodes are and it could also b how far away u have ur light
Hav u tried bending them over so they grow bushier :)

i cut the clones right way and the lights are quite close but i noticed that co2 and the fan are now kicking in coz they start to look nicer every day ,ill try to bend them a bitt .
its dificult fo mantain the humidity at the moment coz the tent is still devidet on two ,but i decidet to buy a new lamp( 600w lumatek balast and adjust a wing shade with 600w sunmaster bulb 95.000 lumen) and then i can take off the wall and use my tent fully with the in and out air circulation on carbon filter. at the moment i will run it directly above them and with time well buy a rail to move it a bit.
600w will make a big difference in my bill ??
im running the computer a lot(600w hehe) so im going to cut on it after lamp arrives and i take out the lamps i use at the moment for veg.
its depresing to grow weed in uk!!

if it takes 1 wee3ks to flower your planbts, they are mostly sativa, with sativas, it takes 50% longto to flower, and are real laqnky plaqnts, not bushy, also, sativas will get 3x to 5x higher b4 done, from the higth you start flowering.

(example,sativas, 12 inches at starting flower, ends up being 3ft to 5ft)
 
Yo bro i'm growing three strains all 100% sativa. by 3 weeks flowering they were nearly 3 feet tall from 6inch clones. I have a 1000 watt HPS light, there is currently about 4-6 inches between each node. Each node is showing signs of growth, some pals of mine on this site have explained that each node will grow pretty good amount of bud and fill in the space. But i think your main problem was the lights. If you got a stronger HPS it will probably turn out ok.

It seems to have been a long time since your grow and this post...What were your yields and potecnies for those mothers? What were YOUR results?

They look too skinny, but i like the sound of their 700g/m2 yield and 24% potency thats advertised on AMS website.
