Want high yields? Here is the secert...

Bro here is a plant i have growing. This plant is over 68 inches wide and 58 inches tall not counting the 10 gal container,, Its in the 4th week of flower, and is just starting to get fat.. I did this plant with 3 250 true watt CFLs and this plant as never ever had any nutes.. Look at the LSD bud that I'm growing with CFLs these buds are has hard and dank as any other great strain, So my point is if you learn how to use great soil you won't get that dingy look that a lot of plants have. I will easy get a gram a watt and of hard dank buds. Plus I don't have to worry about nut burn ever.. + they taste friggen bad ass,,, there is no wrong way to grow, But CFLs and great soil without any nuts works great for me...

DelQ! that is impressive. I am not a big fan of clf bulbs but i might be jumping on the bandwagon from now on.

I mostly agree. The plants don't look like complete dog shit but they don't look super healthy either. The stalks on those things are shit given how big the pots are. Looking at the pictures shows that the lower growth was never trimmed off before flowering so you have lots of shitty popcorn buds. You may not be a noob but you sure come off as one.
 
i would have to say your style is wasteful at best. i do not think those containers are worthwhile because for one they are too large, they take up a lot of room buds could be located. the soil is not even close to all being used, i have mine in 10 gallon pots right now and feel they are starting to get diminishing benifits of more dirt. its still better then 7.5 but not as much better as 7.5 was then 5.

people should learn about how to use a scrog and the proper way to trim and train a plant into one. i am on my first run with a scrog and i feel it will double my yeild or more based on what i see, after learning how to do it properly it may prove even better then that.

telling people to "just add dirt" could have been said more quickly as well...
 
veg was only 2 and a half weeks but its my regimen of nutes.. you try to push to unlock its genetics i over do it at times look at the burns... but its aroe its always diffrent than in anything else same strain looks difrent in soil.. no secrets just dial it in... you get her use diffrent things dont stick to the guid lines.. research products learn to read your plants wen to change a bulb clean a bulb regulate temps in and out dont stress the plants too much and see what it likes you might run the same plant for ever but experiment if you have the time and money play a lil.. thats the secret.. sorry i ment by play is switch out product you normaly do for others my nutes go from dutch master, house and garden,advance, botanicare,canna,fosil fuel, two diffent root agents.. ya i wont tell you how i use them but i will tell you i dont just do one nutrient reg... its always good to try something else i like the way i run mine some plants dont like some things but find your key nutes.... read on what they are used for i use them in weeks i write out the schedual and up doses and drop doses use first of the week mid weed last. some zimesfor the begining of one product some zimes for the end of other product ones good for uptake some are good for digestion like the end cycle helps digest crap in the water as the roots get older their for droping the nutes that take care of that shit,, mabe its me but thats the way i do it.. same with roots one will give you a long ass tap root the other will give you side roots long like senapeeds just do those tweeks and you'll see the plant thrive like a mother fucker!!!!!

To thump easy yeah that is huge bud, but it is clearly a fluffy sativa I am sure that bud didnt weigh more then 2.5 ounces and wasn't dense. Only because I know..But a 1000 bud is still worth showing off

ya the one death widow it was just a top in the back you should have seen the stalk thow lolz i swear to god that fucken plant had alot of yield i got 2.25 with the bottom i dont move bottom bud its agenst my religion.. but ya it was airy and also it was fucken supper stoney i got scared everytime i smoked it i thought the satalights had info red and also i would just shut everything down at anygiven moment my heart skiped beats and i would start to sweat uncontrolable i will nevor smoke shit like that again realy racey but the clubs didnt want it after i trashed her they came at me like WHY WHY WHY DID YOU KILL HER?? fuck me your fucked if you do and your fucked if you dont.. lolz i dont remember but it shrank like a mother fucker ow i got one that will blow you away in plant form solid nugs 2.25 no flarf but ya man you know your shit lolz ;)
 
This thread is one of the few that definitely benefit from digression. As a Newbie, the title for this thread should have been more in HELP whats wrong with my plants section not to educate a newbie like myself no disrespect to your passion or your grow but i am a little upset about the expenditure of my last few minutes.
 
So the next question is how do you yield 5 lbs from plant "which I have never done, but know how to".

if you know how to then why havnt you done it?? i know how to fly a plain whilst riding a bike though iv never done it. i know how to win the f1 grand prix, wimbledon centre court final and walk my way into the billionairs club though iv never done it.... im not saying you havnt grown monsters cause i personally believe 1lb a plant is awsome and to be proud big time of that. i just dont see why you have to big it up

heres a 5 ft tall plant... that gave me 10 ozers....in a 12 inch tappered potter.... which holds 8.5 quarts or 2.25 Gallons

O'danks threads are like zombies. .they won't die!

He's wrong in his first post though, about tree roots, pine trees have shallow roots, oaks have deep tap roots, it's why pines get knocked over so easily.

Really want high yields? Stop treating cannabis like some unique, rare species and more like every other herbaceous plant where cultivation techniques have been proven and used for centuries.
