So I've always followed the method of changing my water in my RDWC systems every 7 to 10 days. I completely understand why people say we must. Last year I had some personal problems and wasn't able to change my water for 3 weeks. That round was my largest yield to date. So I've decided that I would take one of my systems and break the rules and not change the water until I flush the last week. I plan on topping off only using water or nutrients depending on my meters readings daily. I know that some growers will state that they already do this but I think the majority of people change there water at least every 2 weeks. I have been growing many years most of them in dwc and always wondered what would happen if I did this.
A little about my grow for those who haven't seen my previous thread. The grow is a perpetual 6600w RDWC. I use Heisenbergs formula for tea and Cyco nutrients. I run 4 plants under 1000w light and flower for 60 days. The strain is Ogres Kush. I average 2lbs per light. Anything 2lbs or more on this grow and I will definitely repeat this on a couple more rounds and possibly change my ways.
Ok here we go....just flowered these healthy girls today.
