War on WYMIN!!!

To top it off, an appeals court reinstated the Texas abortion law. Queue the scary music. Tax payers won't pay for contraceptives... Tax payers will only provide hundreds of abortion clinics in Texas. What's a girl to do?

After reading this ruling and reflecting on all the major failures that have come about with Obamacare.
In retrospect, perhaps Justice Roberts was much smarter than people gave him credit for.

Women get pregnant because they refuse to pay $30... That groovethang make smart.
yet they still foot the bill for your prostate cancer, even as you cry and whine and bitch and moan about the preventive medicine they need to control ovarian cysts, hormones, heavy menstrual cramping, and the like.

keep harping on this issue, which was settled 50 years ago and used by 97% or more women. it'll only backfire on you, because you are stupid.

don't you learn anything from history?

Hormones to control illness are covered. Contraceptives are not. Cry in your wheaties. An employer who has a legitimate religious objection to contraceptives should not be forced to subsidize those who violate his religious principles. This is fucking constitution 101.

If you really want to help women with birth control then make them over the counter. They are less dangerous than aspirin, and dirt cheap. I would absolutely support that. Why won't you progs support that? The obvious answer is because you don't want to give up the wedge issue, i.e. you could give a fuck less about women unless they are fodder for your control of the world.

no, it is not.

a workplace is not a church, where your misogyny might be more accepted.

workplaces have protections in place to protect employees from bigoted, hateful asshats like you.

this is civil institutions 101, dickface.

any sane, rational, civilized person will agree. a bigot like you will get hysterical.

Apparently, the DC court of appeals sees it the same way I see it. You work for me, I set the pay and benefits. You are free to resign if the terms are unacceptable. Constitution 101, first amendment.

that's not how it works at all, otherwise employees would NEVER have ground to sue their employers and win, as they often do.

severance packages would never exist, ever.

you are dumber than a bag of hammer-smashed cocks.

and every time you bring up this 50-years-settled issue, you lose 3 more electoral votes.

you are not that bright, but you are good at being a misogynistic, ass faced bigot.

Make BC pills over the counter. Problem solved. War on Wymin grinds to a halt. Wymin can party down for cheap. Do you agree?

nah, it's more fun to watch misogynists like you re-litigate a 50 year old issue that costs you dearly at the ballot box (but you just can't help yourself anyway, you'd rather be bigoted than win).

besides, not all birth control pills work the same. probably a good idea to talk to your doctor about your specific symptoms and a prescription for the right medicine to take care of those symptoms, and cover it like you would your flaring prostate or limp member.

The first amendment protects Americans to practice their religion, church has nothing to do with the first amendment. Our forefathers were incredibly intelligent thinkers and the way they framed our constitution is a tribute to that.

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof"

Religion is a belief, an ideal, a way of life.
Therefore desertdude is spot on, Christians being forced to pay for their employees contraceptives violates the free exercise of the employers religion.

In other words, the founding fathers safeguarded our rights against dumb and lazy progressive putz's like you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's what I figured. You guys are waging a war on women. I can just see Joe Biden holding Hillary by the throat with a shotgun to her head and threatening, "Vote my way, or the bitch dies".

Evan Amanda Marcotte agrees with me and she is to the left of Trotsky.

http://rhrealitycheck.org/article/2013/05/05/time-to-demand-all-birth-control-pills-be-sold-over-the-counter/

The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) thinks birth control pills should be sold OTC. Most other countries sell birth control pills OTC. And now, asThinkProgress reports, nearly two-thirds of American women say they want the pill sold OTC, and about 30 percent who aren’t currently on the pill would consider going on it if this option was available.

yeah, just a $7000 pregnancy instead of a $30 packet of pills.

misogyny make smart.
repubs crack me up with this.. they bitch about people on welfare having more kids in order to get more welfare, then they also bitch about the idea of birth control being free for said people..
do they not realize if they got and took birth control, they wouldn't be having more welfare babies, which they're always bitching about paying for?? lets see, $30 a month for the pill, or how many extra hundred a month for 18 years for each extra kid they have? really is a no brainer..

BC pills are dirt cheap. They are free to poor women through any number of outlets and have been for decades. Women are not having babies because they can't afford BC pills. Don't be duped by this gen'ed up war on women, at's all bullshit.

So for you, population control at the cost of liberty is worth it?

I don't understand religious people, nor do I agree with worshiping anything, be it your religion or your elected officials, or movie stars, or British Royalty. Clearly sports stars are the only ones worth it;-). But I do believe that if I want to live truly free, those people have to be allowed to live free also.

Besides, I'm tired of the way our leaders have been pissing all over the constitution in these last two admins. I know they did it before that too, but the Patriot Act and Obamacare should be waking people up to what's happening here, instead we play team and only complain when the other guy does it.

And wtf? you guys act like charging a co-pay is the same as keeping someone from acquiring them. You act like it's her right to have pills without a co-pay, and the evil right is trying to put the little woman back in the kitchen or force her into back alley abortion clinics because no woman in history could go to planned parent hood if they can't afford it, or pay a co-pay (like every other prescription she has) if she can, then deny her the right to choose a policy that doesn't cover prostrate exams, or buy no insurance at all. THEN YOU GUYS JUSTIFY IT! It's bizarro world.
