War on WYMIN!!!

repubs crack me up with this.. they bitch about people on welfare having more kids in order to get more welfare, then they also bitch about the idea of birth control being free for said people..
do they not realize if they got and took birth control, they wouldn't be having more welfare babies, which they're always bitching about paying for?? lets see, $30 a month for the pill, or how many extra hundred a month for 18 years for each extra kid they have? really is a no brainer..
it's even funnier when these "libertarians" (who want to control women's bodies) bitch and moan about abortion after making access to birth control more difficult and expensive.

That's what I figured. You guys are waging a war on women. I can just see Joe Biden holding Hillary by the throat with a shotgun to her head and threatening, "Vote my way, or the bitch dies".

Evan Amanda Marcotte agrees with me and she is to the left of Trotsky.

http://rhrealitycheck.org/article/2013/05/05/time-to-demand-all-birth-control-pills-be-sold-over-the-counter/

The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) thinks birth control pills should be sold OTC. Most other countries sell birth control pills OTC. And now, asThinkProgress reports, nearly two-thirds of American women say they want the pill sold OTC, and about 30 percent who aren’t currently on the pill would consider going on it if this option was available.
I'm starting to think this was part of the negotiations with Big Pharma we all saw on C-SPAN. There is no logical reason why BC pills shouldn't be OTC. Please consult with your doctor before beginning birth control pills is a simple message.

Lefties crack me up.

The premise of your argument contends that it is somehow my responsibility in the first place, and why is that, because I have the extra money (tax dollars) to pay for it?

Why in the hell would I have to pay for some dumb bitch that doesn't have the self control or common sense to not get pregnant?
And you want to justify it by saying I could save money by subsidizing her with free birth control pills?

Have you ever thought she could do without a cell phone for a month, skip a couple of nail appointments or sell that flat screen tv and pay for it herself.

You've got to be joking.

Yep, wanting to protect people's first amendment rights is the same as being against abortion. What a tool you are.

And what on earth did women do for BC pills before? OMG!!! why did it take so long? we've been suppressing women's rights to pay a co-pay for pills or get them free at a clinic! since the dawn of time!!

You had to have a severely weak mind to fall for this still.

misogyny is fun!

why in the hell do women everywhere have to cover your flaccid pecker or cancerous prostate?

no woman has ever had prostate cancer, but they have to pay for your ass cancer regardless.

eh, you're on a roll of misogyny and idiocy. i'll just let you run with it.
Like I've said Buckie, you're big on demands but short on the tax dollars to pay for it.
Put your money (tax dollars) where your mouth is or STFU.

You can't play if you don't pay.

this isn't about first amendment rights, this is about the misogyny that republicans like you are simply unable to control.

oh well.

i fully encourage you guys to keep yapping and nipping at ankles over this one.

You never proved shit moron, you took a pic of a fucking pay stub, for all I know it was your next door neighbors.
And deductions don NOT reflect whether of not you pay taxes idiot.

Does your father in-law understand how ignorant you are when it comes to business and taxes, do you really think he's going to let you take over his business because of your awesome spell checking abilities?

That's what every father wants for their daughter... To marry below her class...

goddamn, you guys must want us to know how stupid you are.
When the SCOTUS also has Dred Scott and Citizens United in their back pocket and you still blindly support them, you expose yourself as a mindless follower who's easily led by emotional reaction. We have ample proof how stupid YOU are, that's gotta count for something.

it often does.
And it's the same for BP meds, insulin etc. Either all prescriptions are free or they have a co-pay. This was a fabricated, calculated scheme to get the female vote, nothing more. If you haven't figured this out by now you never will, but I suspect you do know it and are just lying for entertainment value or because your goal is to win an argument, not be right.

you act like it's your right to have women pay for your flared up, cancerous prostate.
NO!! women shouldn't have to pay for prostrate cancer either if they don't want to. A benefit of this freedom for her would be a cheaper policy.

pretty much exactly what's happening, good analysis.
Citation you pathological liar?

because no woman in history could go to planned parent hood...
...because it was shut down by republicans who suddenly discovered their love of massive and medically unnecessary regulations.
Pathological, seek help.

you guys are retarded.

this argument of yours is along the lines of your gay marriage argument. just a roundabout way of being bigoted without having to be called out on it.

would it be easier to get the government out of marriage entirely (ridiculous notion, never gonna happen), or just legislate marriage equality(can happen in ten minutes)?

would it be easier to totally overhaul the entire insurance system (again, ridiculous), or just treat preventive medicine like preventive medicine (can happen in two seconds)?

stop being retarded
Such a fail.
I'm FOR gay marriage
The PPACA is called insurance reform by your team. It seems we did the impossible!!
I am licensed in preventative medicine, massive fail on your part there. Preventative medicine is an individual choice made by an individual. We should educate people in the importance, but not mandate it in a free country. Besides, you can lead a horse to water.

You've got maybe 3 or 4 people left on this forum that still thinks you might have an ounce of honesty left in your racist body. When I first got here it seemed everyone was in your corner, myself included. You came off as funny and intelligent, now you are just flailing in the wind having to resort to lies and defend lies in some strange game you are playing. I'm hoping it's just more than one person posting on your account and the entire thing is a giant level, that would be epic. The alternative is a sad little man.

Basically. I pulled my back the week before conception and the hubby was so accommidating for the three days I was bedridden. I figured he was ready for a kid.
Congrats, by the sounds of it all your ducks are still in a row... I know you must be loving motherhood... ;-)

Birth control is so cheap and yet many people would rather have unplanned pregnancies.
If you need pills and can't afford them, I'll help you out. I don't feel right in forcing my neighbor to help you though. FTR, I do think he would be a dick for not helping if he could, but that's part of the cost of doing what's right and respecting EVERYONE'S rights. He has a right to be a dick. I should also have the right to not pay for someone's pills who I don't know or care about. If that person asks me though, I still may help, but you guys took that option off the table.

I get the metaphor here; is it the current system that is being implemented that you object to? How do you view universal healthcare?
