Wetdog. I just found out how well sea kelp works as a spray, helps bring up the humidity in veg too. I always can use that when I have a bunch of immature ladies.

Well I am trying everything to keep them low so you know what I am doing besides kelp spray (don't know if that will work) I bought Smart Pots and replanted my SLH into them but I folded half of the fabric down so there is a large round bottom and not much height. So the plants are really expanding there limbs out instead of upThen after 2 weeks of 12/12 I will unroll the other half and fill in the space with fresh FFOF or maybe something new (organic) that has more P than N.
GOLDEN - what's your PH on the SLH? please and thanks.

When they where seedlings/clones I had my ph at 6.3 for a few weeks (2.5) then I up it to 6.5 where it stays until they get like 4 weeks into flowering which at that point I often have the ph at 6.8 and allow the microorganism's bring the ph down to what they want. I watched a Soma lecture (youtube) and that what is the lecture.

Just cleaned up my Warlock. She started flowering a few days ago.
Kelp is great stuff. A light top dressing of kelp meal in flower really kicks it in gear!

I am trying this new stuff that my hydro gave me to test out. Don't have the name on me but it's a powder you mix with water ans spray on soil soil when the soil gets warm. Then this stuff is suppose to gather nitrogen from air and deliver it to roots.

It's all in fun anyways, and I do enjoy the way Warlock grows. Can't wait to see how she does when budded out. Besides all that, I will have some fresh OG#18, SLH, Lemon Skunk, Sour Kush and The Church (joint smoke) to partake.
I will give a honest smoke report when it comes time. But in the mean time I can say she loves the fim and every branch up looks like a small Christmas tree. Where as the Kush comes up like giant bud spears.
Good fim job. I am very happy with it. Many tops, going to need support.

Right dude, I feel compelled to ask, how long do you veg for? I saw this post in the "Has anyones plants yielded over 28 ounces? Mine did! Take a look..." thread and I would love to know.

I know it's not as efficient to grow out trees but you seem to grow them like a boss.
To answer OP question "how are you a veteran? Because you have 6366 posts? just because you have alot of time on the internet doesnt make you anything". This is what makes me a Veteran and Proud~

Thanks for the compliment. I'm never been good at sports, but dammit I can grow 
When I start from seed, I allow the seed to grow up 6-7 nodes high. Then I snip off the very 2 bottom stems (slow functioning) then I may fim the top or do a 4 top method (skunks and kushs 4 top). I keep the canopy low by fim ing and also I use smart pots, but I also roll them half way down so the roots have a wide range and a small depth range. Keeps the veg same.
After the plant matures ( 8-10 weeks ) I take my cuts for clones and one final fim if needed, wait 1-2 weeks more then go 12/12 and start counting the weeks when I start seeing flowers (5-12 days)

golden - at your adivice, I fim 'd 4 of my 9, and I am so glad that I did - - I'm now going to fim the other 5, because it's a stellar thing! I have 2 new growths where I clipped the 1 new growth. It works, and especially with the haze strains. I will post pics on my grow journal this friday on my weekly update - I am so glad you told me to do it. When you see the pics, you will be so proud - and your instructions were perfect! You're the ganja man and have proven that you are a veteran!

I've always wondered why fimming works, is it because you slow the growth of the main shoot so the other two take off and then the main shoot sprouts again? Because that is exactly what happened when I accidentally fimmed my SLH, tried topping and then about a week later I saw the main shoot come flying back up again, lol.
