Warning from a very smart black woman - "time to wake up White America!"

There are problems in the black communities that cannot be blamed on anyone but those living in the black communities. It is a problem that cannot be fixed because any time you begin to address some of the real issues, racism becomes too much of an easy out to avoid the real problems.
the notion you advance, that the problems blacks face are self inflicted and self perpetuated, is monumentally retarded.

As usual, you always have to take things where they shouldn't be....
My quote used the phrase "there are problems" yet you turn that into THE PROBLEMS...

See the difference? Of course you do, since I see you do childish things like that all the time.
Playing dumb to twist a point, not effective to any normal person in the world.

Of course, 95% of my life is inside the worst neighborhoods in America, so I am sure I have absolutely no perspective, while people in places like super black California and Colorado have all kinds of insight.

You are also a perfect example of why the people in the communities cannot be helped, because there is always someone with no clue, who of course thinks they know everything, that are so quick to jump up and make comments like this. Which of course, doesn't help address the FIXABLE problems in the community. You are not a help to the minorities you look down upon.

Quick set of questions UncleBuck...

How many times a week do you interact with a black person face to face (not over the internet).
How many times a week do you invite a black person inside your house?
How many times a week do you share a ride with a black person?
How many black people do you employ, or work for?

I am willing to bet, the answer to all of above is 0.

so then differentiate. what are the fixable problems that blacks are responsible for self perpetuating or self inflicting?

the answer is roughly the same across all races. the only person i usually interact with on a daily basis besides my wife is whoever the checkout stand person at the grovery store is.
