I just had an itchy toe to drive witout a liscence. and i got fucked over on the wieredest of occasions. One time i had stolen plates, which also means unliscensed car, unregistered car, and driving withought the tittle, all of that happend at a camp site where my car broke down so i had to talk to the 'host' for help. He said he knew a 'buddy' that could tow my car, and his 'buddy' was the sherif. sneeky fuck. And a good chunk of it came from braking into the impount lot to get my car (realised my spares where inside the car). the Theft of the car ticket was over 500 alone.

Parking tickets may not show up on a background check for an apartment but getting tickets for the other things sure will. You don't have a prayer. If you don't pay those tickets and you have a warrant out I wouldn't be surprised if that apartment background check doesn't get you thrown into the slammer.
