Would Indica promote sleep in an insomiac with anxiety related to bipolar II?

i have anger issues which is kinda similiar to the whole bipolar thingy and i am proud to say smokin weed makes all the bads and evils go away and much rather smoke then take a f=ing pill that they try and make me take which upsets my stomach so started smokin getting expensive as shit to buy so growin now!! =) good luck PEACE!!

I wish you luck with all of that.Indica and Sativa strains would both be good for the purpose you described.The thing that would make the difference,is the stage in flowering that it's harvested.When the trichomes are clear to cloudy,you get a head kind of high.When the trichomes are cloudy to amber(75% amber)You get a body...(couch lock) heavier kind of buzz.The latter would probably suit your needs.Hope I helped. gl
