Of course, you just don’t know what pheno type you’ll get. So you may get fire or it might be reggie. I maybe wrong but I think a lot of reggie weed is down to grower error not strain, even the strongest of seeds won’t flourish in a shitty environment.

You can only do so much with genetics. You can’t just “grow” them better.
