Yeah, that’s not going to help. Try it.See my pump is 800gph and I'm thinking it's moving the water too fast for such a significant change in temp.
I don't think my chiller goes that lowCan you achieve the temp if you put the chiller into the 50s? Mine is usually a few degrees higher then setpoint. High RH will decrease it’s cooling capacity a bit too. I set mine at 61 to get 80 gallons at 64, 350 gh pump, temps around 80 last run and RH was 50-60.
I think you gotta leakI don't think my chiller goes that low
I'm going to buy a 250 tonightYeah, that’s not going to help. Try it.
Can't afford to its in the middle of my runi'd pick up a bottle of CLR from walmart and run that thru your chiller for a few hours. calcium/lime/rust = CLR
clean it out during lights off. your water wont heat up that much in a few hours to hurt anything. Can't afford to its in the middle of my run
Ice build up is one of two things not enough air movement ...dirty coils, fan failure...the other cause is low freonNoticed some ice around some of the copper coils. So I'm turning the unit off for a bit and let it melt. And adding a smaller pump this afternoon
probably not a bad idea to blow it out with compressed air near the fan intake. i try to remmeber to clean out the small vent area on the back of our refrigerator a few times a year. as a matter of fact, sounds like a good think to do todayIce build up is one of two things not enough air movement ...dirty coils, fan failure...the other cause is low freon
I'm not sure how to disconnect iclean it out during lights off. your water wont heat up that much in a few hours to hurt anything.

I'm not sure what your showing us?I'm not sure how to disconnect i
Everything is kicking on and clean i just don't know why its not working..the copper piece was sweating causing the water on the floor.I'm not sure what your showing us?
It looks clean so is the fan and compressor coming on?
It seems not
Sadly it is unusual but you may have lost freonEverything is kicking on and clean i just don't know why its not working..the copper piece was sweating causing the water on the floor.
you think these things have hi and lo pressure ports? or are they sealed?Sadly it is unusual but you may have lost freon
Just checked the warranty and its 1 year.. which was 5 days ago. So I'm thinking I'm shit out of lucki'd start calling hvac and or refrigeration companies nearby and see if they can:
1. check and fix freon leak
2. refill with freon
especially if amazon/hydrofarm is gonna make you send it back for repairs.
