Water cloning/hormone question

So I was thinking theoretically here. I understand how other people water clone with the cup and the plastic wrap, and Ive heard it that it commonly takes 10-14 days.

My question would be why can't you put root hormone in the water and PH it to speed things up? As well as VERY small doses of nutes after roots begin to show.

Any thoughts?

Do you mind explaining the process of water cloning with a cup (or point me somewhere)! I've never heard anything about that before.

sometimes i take too many cuts, leave them in a glass of water, and after a month i noticed they where doing great. I had forgot about them. They had lil roots starting!! I didnt do shit but cut and toss them in the water. After that i stuck it into a cube that already had a clone in it, it took off from there.

yeah just get some multi crop root starter and put in ya cup has the same hormones in it as the cloning powder.

I put a bit of root hormone in my bubble cloner, and when i start to see roots I top off with some Nute laced water.
