water cooled lights

water cooled lights has anyone here ever completed a grow using them? my coworker talked about how great they are especially during the summer time. idk they sound pretty promising.:mrgreen::blsmoke:

Never heard of them, but if you can water cool a cpu or a car, I am pretty sure you can water cool a light. lol.

yea he told me about how he could touch the hps bulb if he wanted to. i live in sunny cali and damn it gets hotter and hotter every summer thanks to global warming....

lol i whouldent touch a lit HPS bulb watercooled or air cooled, with a big enough chiller water cooling is badass, the only drawback is the condensation driping onto flowers.

Yea not sure quite how it would work, but water cools things DAMN well. The conductivity of it is much greater then that of air contact. :)

I heard someone else on here talking about them..one of the OGs was talkin about how he wished he could still find them..I think he was talking about a jacket/bladder thing that you put around your hood..not sure though so take it with a grain of salt
