I just got a 22000btu mini from klimair that does not require an ac tech or vacuuming for $1300 shipped. Only other cost is electrical which was about $50 from Lowes. Try heatandcool.com

yes you are right i want thinking.

the thermospace is free shipping, and they say you can do it your self because they are precharged and they sell all the stuff to do it, but I spent alot of money on 3 of them so I am having a professional set it up, i am not prefect i would fuck up and leak out all the refrigerant, and he is a friend so he gives me materials at cost, but the 150 quote is what a 30foot run cost at a regular HVAC place, its the copper line and another line that cost that.

How low would your RH go?

You should be able to seal your duct\hood. Maybe a smoke candle might help.

Just wanted to say thanks you gave me some ideas that seemed to restart my brain as it was locked on there way of water control (hydro innovations) which uses a huge chiller and just wasnt practical for my application. I rearranged my room last night and had the best night sleep in month, because of something you said running the setup with passive at least partially. So I re-ran the ducting coming from outside and through the hood up and out into the attic running my daytime cycle through the night temps are cool enough to keep, room close to ideal temps (76°- 79°). Adding the heat exchanger on top of the can fliter with the fan pushing the air through it dropped the temps an allowed for chiller to keep up and get a long awaited break lol. Everything kept up well, room stayed at 76.4° through the cycle and got as high as 78.4° at the very end of cycle (due to outside temps getting higher after sunrise). The one question I had is using my can filter seems to drop my RH%, is this normal with the can filter as I've had this problem before. The room is pretty dang sealed off ducts, hood, etc.

Any ways im going to hold off on mini split air conditioner for the mean time and see how it plays out.

Passive air:
Air pulled from outside through the hood by the 750cfm vortex fan and out the ceiling into attic. (Still have leaks somewhere foiled taped the shit out of everything)

Water cooling:
4' can filter with heat exchanger on top and the 750cfm fan pushing air through it into the can cooling the air. Re routed plumbing to save max head and it increased water moving and is working pretty well. The fan is still controlled by the grozone TV2 controller set 75°. Keeping the room for the most part between 77°-79° through the daytime cycle and cooler than the the set poimt of controller during nighttime cycle. So chiller gets a breathe of fresh air and some well deserved rest, occasionally lol. Anyways seems to be working pretty well, don't have to babysit it at all now, so... cool for now.
